These Terms govern your use of BizlexPro. By creating a workspace you agree to them. Replace this stub with your final terms before going live — get them reviewed by counsel.

1. Account & workspace

You're responsible for the activity inside your workspace and for keeping credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

No spam, no illegal content, no infringing intellectual property, no abuse of communication channels (TRAI / CAN-SPAM / GDPR rules apply).

3. Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance. Communication packs are billed by usage. Refunds per published policy.

4. Data ownership

Your data is yours. We process it on your behalf only to provide the service.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate per the published process. You can export your data on request.
